Alpha IVF Launches International Patient Lounge to Enhance Patient Experience
Kuala Lumpur, 25 August 2025— Alpha IVF has officially unveiled its International Patient Lounge, a premium space designed to deliver personalized services and comfort for international patients and VIP guests.
The launching ceremony was attended by key representatives from the Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC), Tourism Selangor, and Innoquest Pathology. Among the distinguished guests were Encik Muhammad Hizami Aizat Che Harun, Head of Developmental Market (MHTC); Mr. Rahmatullah Baragau, Senior Marketing Manager (MHTC); Puan Nor Suzilawati Idris, Developmental Market Division (MHTC); Encik Mohamad Faroul Mustaffa Bin Ngadamin, Event & Focus Tourism Manager (Tourism Selangor); Encik Harith Hadziq Bin Shaik, Assistant Manager of Event & Focus Tourism (Tourism Selangor); as well as Mr. Adam Mathew, CEO of Innoquest Pathology, accompanied by the Innoquest team.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony was led by Dato’ Dr. Colin Lee, Chairman and Group Managing Director of Alpha IVF Group, alongside Encik Muhammad Hizami Aizat Che Harun, Encik Mohamad Faroul Mustaffa Bin Ngadamin, and Ms. Irene Kwan, Group Chief Operating Officer of Alpha IVF Group.
The newly launched lounge offers patients and their families a hotel-like environment, featuring private and spacious seating, refreshments, Wi-Fi access, reading materials, and entertainment facilities. Designed to create a quiet, elegant, and relaxing ambience, the lounge aims to provide reassurance and comfort throughout the patient journey.
