EndoPRE – Endometrial Platelet-Rich Exosome

EndoPRE: Advanced Regenerative Care for the Womb

A new generation of endometrial support — combining exosomes and PRP

A receptive, well-developed endometrial lining is essential for embryo implantation. But for some women, the lining remains stubbornly thin or unresponsive — even after hormonal support, repeated cycles, or careful medical optimisation.

EndoPRE is the next step forward in endometrial regenerative therapy. By harnessing the power of exosomes — alone or in combination with autologous platelet-rich plasma (A-PRP) — EndoPRE aims to revitalise the uterine lining at the cellular level, helping create a more welcoming environment for embryo implantation and pregnancy.

What is EndoPRE?

EndoPRE is an advanced regenerative therapy delivered directly into the uterine cavity. It can be tailored to your individual needs as either:

  • A combined exosome + A-PRP infusion for a synergistic regenerative effect, or
  • A standalone exosome infusion for women who are not candidates for PRP or whose clinical picture suits a cell-free approach

Exosomes are nano-sized extracellular vesicles secreted by cells, packed with proteins, lipids, RNA, and microRNAs. They are nature’s messengers — delivering bioactive signals that promote angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation), reduce inflammation, and support cellular proliferation and tissue remodelling.

A-PRP, prepared from your own blood, is rich in growth factors and cytokines that stimulate tissue repair, regeneration, and improved vascularity within the endometrium.

When used together, the two work synergistically. When exosomes are used alone, they still deliver meaningful regenerative signalling — making EndoPRE a flexible, personalised therapy.

The goals of EndoPRE therapy

EndoPRE is designed to:

  • Improve endometrial thickness in women with persistently thin lining
  • Enhance uterine receptivity for embryo implantation
  • Reduce inflammation within the endometrial environment
  • Support tissue regeneration at the cellular level

Who may benefit from EndoPRE?

EndoPRE may be recommended for women undergoing fertility treatment who are facing:

  • Persistently thin endometrium despite hormonal therapy
  • Recurrent implantation failure in IVF or frozen embryo transfer cycles
  • Poor endometrial response in previous cycles
  • A history of uterine scarring or surgery affecting lining quality
  • An upcoming IUI, IVF, or embryo transfer where lining optimisation is critical

Your fertility specialist will recommend the pathway — combined or exosome-only — that best fits your medical history and treatment goals.

How the EndoPRE procedure works

The treatment is quick, minimally invasive, and performed without anaesthesia — most women return to their daily activities the same day.

  1. Baseline evaluation – A thorough assessment is conducted prior to treatment, including a review of your medical history, general health evaluation, and tumour marker testing to ensure suitability and safety.
  2. A-PRP preparation (if combined therapy is selected) – Approximately 10mL of your blood is drawn and processed in a specialised centrifuge to concentrate the platelets and activate their growth factors.
  3. Intrauterine infusion – the prepared exosomes (alone or combined with A-PRP) are gently introduced into the uterine cavity through a thin, flexible catheter, under sterile conditions. The sensation is similar to an IUI procedure; mild discomfort is possible but anaesthesia is not required.
  4. Short rest and discharge – After the infusion, you’ll rest for 15–30 minutes before discharge.
  5. Repeat infusions if needed Up to four infusions at specific intervals may be recommended depending on how your endometrium responds.

Why exosomes? Why combine them with PRP?

Exosomes and PRP each carry distinct regenerative strengths. Used together — or independently — they bring different but complementary benefits:

The flexibility to choose between combined therapy and standalone exosomes is what makes EndoPRE a truly personalised treatment — designed around your biology, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Safety, transparency, and informed care

EndoPRE is an experimental therapy, and while early research is encouraging, several important points must be understood:

  • Long-term safety and efficacy are still being studied
  • Not all patients respond — there is no guarantee of improved endometrial thickness or pregnancy
  • Exosome products may carry rare risks of immune response, intolerance, or off-target effects, though these are generally considered low
  • Effects on future pregnancy and fetal development have not been fully characterised
  • Standard procedure-related risks include mild pelvic cramping, light spotting, vaginal discharge, and rarely, uterine infection or inflammation

Your fertility specialist will walk you through every consideration during your consultation, ensuring you can make a fully informed decision.

A thoughtful step toward implantation success

For women whose embryos have struggled to implant — or whose lining has resisted every conventional approach — EndoPRE offers a forward-looking option grounded in regenerative medicine.

It is not a guarantee. It is, however, a carefully delivered, evidence-informed therapy that may give the endometrium what it needs to do what it was made to do: welcome and nurture new life.
